Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />Planning Commission was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairman Nadeau. <br /> <br />2. Consider 12/22/92 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> <br />Commissioner spotts added Rules and Procedures under Item 9 (other <br />Business); Commissioner Johnson added City liability regarding wetland <br />issues <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER SPOTTS MOVED TO APPROVE THE 12/22/92 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER MINTON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consider 11/24/92 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson stated as per <br />should be amended to include a <br />moving the driveway, if necessary. <br /> <br />page 2, Item 5, the stipulation <br />second stipulation: 2)The option of <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER SPOTTS MOVED TO APPROVE THE 11/24/92 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER TVEITE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Representative to Attend 1/25/93 City Council <br />Meeting <br /> <br />It was indicated that Commissioner Minton would attend the 1/25/93 City <br />Council meeting to be held at the Elk River Public Library. <br /> <br />5. Consider a preliminary plat and variance request by Richard Kincanon <br />and Dennis Chuba/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Stephen Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, explained that the <br />applicants, Richard Kincanon (13375 Joplin Street NW, Elk River) and <br />Dennis Chuba/Marilyn VanPatten (20455 Meadowvale Road, Elk River) are <br />requesting preliminary plat review and a variance on the maximum length <br />of a dead-end road. <br />
