COMMISSIONER EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION. Darkenwald Family Partnership requested a <br />conditional use permit to construct a 19,900 square foot automobile repair facility <br />in addition to having multiple buildings on one parcel. <br /> <br />John Weicht, John Weicht & Associates, addressed the Planning Commission <br />regarding the revised site plan, parking, JR Tech's overhead doors, screening and <br />the developers desire to work with the Guardian Angels facility. <br /> <br />Chairman Tveite opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Sherri Emerson, Guardian Angels, discussed the landscaping and Guardian <br />Angels' willingness to work with the developers, however, Guardian Angels is still <br />opposed to JR Tech having the overhead doors (noise concern). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Carol Mills, Guardian Angels, stated Guardian Angels was built before the <br />commercial zoning was established along Highway 169 and wanted the record <br />
