Ach, City Planner, Gary Schmitz, Planning Assistant, <br />Catherine Schmidt, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />1. Call Meetina To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br />Commission was called to order at 7 p.m. by Chairman Tveite. <br /> <br />2. Consider Plannina Commission Aaenda <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER EBERLEY MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1/26/94 PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AGENDA. COMMISSIONER KREGER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consider Plannina Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Eberley noted that on Page 3, Item 7 of the December 28, 1994, <br />Planning Commission minutes, the motion should contain "THIS IS AN ACCESSORY <br />FACILITY TO THE GOLF COURSE AND THE GOLF COURSE (AS A WHOLE) MEETS THE <br />CURRENT LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS PER CITY CODE." <br /> <br />Commissioner Minton noted that Item 11 should contain a change reflecting that <br />overhead doors can be placed in the front and/or side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MINTON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 12/28/93 PLANNING <br />COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0, CHAIRMAN TVEITE ABSTAINED AS HE WAS NOT PRESENT AT <br />THE DECEMBER PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. <br /> <br />4. Plannina Commission Representative to Attend City Council Meetina <br /> <br />It was indicated Commissioner Minton would attend the February 17, 1994, City <br />Council meeting to be held at Elk River City Hall. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Consider Conditional Use Permit by Schmitz-Kornovich/Public Hearing. Case No. <br />CU 93-41 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staff report presented by Steve Ach. The applicant, Schmitz-Kornovich, <br />requested a conditional use permit to develop a 68 unit apartment project as a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD). <br />
