Daniel Hanson has requested a variance to the <br />minimum lot area and lot width requirements in the R-1 c zoning district, at 18857 <br />Albany Street. The applicant is proposing an administrative subdivision of Lot 10 <br />and 11, Block 9, in the Westwood Subdivision, which were previously combined <br />before city services were extended. The two lots were assessed separately even <br />though the parcels were combined because the City felt that this lot could be <br />subdivided at a later date. A variance is required because the original parcels <br />
