Public improvements include streets and utilities. The improvements have been inspected by city staff, <br />and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and policies. <br /> <br />Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development <br />agreement. Staff recommends formal acceptance as of November 13, 2021.
