The applicant is seeking a CUP to <br />construct an addition to the existing church on the subject parcel. The <br />site is 13.07 acres in size, is within the Urban Service District, and has <br />one access to and from County Road 13. <br />The applicant is proposing to expand classrooms and childcare <br />facilities, add additional gathering and community space, and increased <br />security functions, improve flow, and create a more open and <br />welcoming entry while maintaining the familiar character of the church. <br />i <br />I� <br />Planning Commission <br />During the public hearing, the applicant explained the need for the <br />expansion, and no one spoke for or against the request. Staff has not <br />received any comments since the commission meeting.
