<br />1981 ORDINANCES <br /> <br />81-1 Licensing and Regulation of Mechanical Amusement Devices <br />(Games of Skill) <br /> <br />81-2 Amending Sections 900.08(66),900.20(11),900.34(3) and <br />900.16(4) and Sections 1008.06(2) (RR)(i), 1008.14(5)(a) and <br />1008.14(5)(n) of the Subdivision Ordinance, allowing individual <br />ownership of multiple family units in R-2, R-3 and R-4 zoning <br />districts. <br /> <br />81-3 Amending Section 900.~6 Sub. 4, adding - F. Enclosed storage <br />buildings containing multiple units for noncommercial/business <br />personal property, provided that such use is not for regular <br />parking of motor vehicles. (permitting personal mini-storage <br />buildings w/statement of conditions to make the personal mini- <br />storage buildings compattible with other uses in the R-4 zone) <br /> <br />81-4 Amending Section 900.20, Sub. 6, adding - E. Zero lot line <br />in multi-family developments, interior side lots lines which <br />correspond exactly with a common or party wall between two <br />adjoining structures providing the following criteria are <br />complied with: <br /> <br />1. Each of the lots created by the subdivision will be equal in <br />area or as near equal as reasonable possible. <br /> <br />2. Each lot shall contain no less than the full minimum land <br />area requirement for that zone. <br /> <br />3. Except along common wall lines, all other setbacks are met. <br /> <br />4.
