1981 ORDINANCES 81-1 Licensing and Regulation of Mechanical Amusement Devices (Games of Skill) 81-2 Amending Sections 900.08(66),900.20(11),900.34(3) and 900.16(4) and Sections 1008.06(2) (RR)(i), 1008.14(5)(a) and 1008.14(5)(n) of the Subdivision Ordinance, allowing individual ownership of multiple family units in R-2, R-3 and R-4 zoning districts. 81-3 Amending Section 900.~6 Sub. 4, adding - F. Enclosed storage buildings containing multiple units for noncommercial/business personal property, provided that such use is not for regular parking of motor vehicles. (permitting personal mini-storage buildings w/statement of conditions to make the personal mini- storage buildings compattible with other uses in the R-4 zone) 81-4 Amending Section 900.20, Sub. 6, adding - E. Zero lot line in multi-family developments, interior side lots lines which correspond exactly with a common or party wall between two adjoining structures providing the following criteria are complied with: 1. Each of the lots created by the subdivision will be equal in area or as near equal as reasonable possible. 2. Each lot shall contain no less than the full minimum land area requirement for that zone. 3. Except along common wall lines, all other setbacks are met. 4.
