That Sec ion 900.20, Subsection 4, of the City's Zoning Ordinance <br />. titled, "Accessory Buildi gs" be amended to add the following: <br /> <br />h. The use of one (,) mobile home as a temporary residence may be allowed in <br />accordance with he following requireemnts and following receipt of a con- <br />ditional use per it as outlined in Section 900.42. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 1. <br />and Subsection 2 <br /> <br />Subsection 1. <br /> <br />Subsection 2. <br /> <br />i. The mobil home must be occupied by a member of the farm operator's <br />immediate family. Immediate family shall mean the farm operator's <br />children, step-children, father, mother, brother, sister or ward. <br /> <br />ii. Both the obile home occupant and the farm operator must derive <br />their pri cipal income from the farm operations. <br /> <br />iii. The prine' pal and predominant use of the property must be agri- <br />cultural. <br /> <br />iv. The condi ional use permit is to be reviewed in two (2) years be- <br />before re ewal is granted and the operation is allowed to continue. <br /> <br /> <br />v. ional setbacks and on-site septic systems for the mobile <br />et the minimum City requirements. <br />
