Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:41 p.m. by Chair Larson-Vito. <br /> 2. Consider October 26, 2021, Planning Commission Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Rydberg and seconded by Commissioner Beise to <br /> approve the October 26, 2021, Planning Commission agenda. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 3. Consider September 28, 2021, Planning Commission Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Keisling and seconded by Commissioner Beise to <br /> approve the September 28, 2021, Planning Commission minutes. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 4.1 Twin Town Demolition LLC/Nicholas Holm, 13385 207`" Avenue NW <br /> ■ Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation to operate a commercial <br /> business, Case No. CU 21-15 <br /> Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. He noted the applicant told him he was <br /> already doing work on the property,installing a fence, bringing in Class 5 and noted <br /> the business would not be operated until after the CUP is received. <br /> Commissioner Rydberg asked if there were any comments received from the public <br /> regarding this request. <br /> Mr. Leeseberg stated they had not received any comments from the public. <br />
