With Council's approval of the plat on <br /> November 15, 2021, staff is now returning with a zone change to <br /> correctly rezone the developable parcels to the Business Park " CR 33 <br /> designation outlined in the staff report and Comprehensive Plan. <br /> m <br /> The Comprehensive Plan guides the properties for Business Park uses s <br /> and the zone change along with the public improvements satisfy the RR <br /> city's goal of providing additional opportunities for industrial <br /> development within the community.
