Special Meeting of the <br />Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission <br />Held at Furniture and Things Community Event Center <br />Tuesday, August 3, 2021 <br />Members Present: Chair Williams, Greg Loidolt, Kara Walker, Jim Hecker, Michael <br />Cunningham, Mike Westgaard <br />Council Liaison: Mr. Westgaard <br />Staff Present: Superintendent, Tim Dalton, Assistant Facility Supervisor, Megan <br />Leeseberg <br />I . Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Multipurpose Facility <br />Advisory Commission was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Chair Williams. <br />2. Consider Agenda <br />3. Consider Minutes <br />4. Presentations <br />S. Discussion Items <br />6. Action Items <br />6.1 Branding Development Workshop <br />Mr. Dalton presented the review of the 2022 budget to the Commissioners. The <br />Commissioners gave their input, and it will be brought to the City Council by Mr. <br />Dalton. <br />Moved by Commissioner Michael Cunningham and seconded by <br />Commissioner Jim Hecker to approve the 2022 Ice Rates. Motion carried 4-2. <br />Chair Williams and Commissioner Mike Westgaard opposed. <br />Tier One Users — Prime $220 ($5 increase) <br />Tier Two Users — Prime $230 ($5 increase) <br />Non -prime Ice — $175 (no increase) <br />Moved by Commissioner Michael Cunningham and seconded by <br />Commissioner Greg Loidolt to approve the 2022 Budget Review. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br />
