Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City <br />Council on, Monday, January 15, 1996, at 5:00 p.m., to be held at the Elk <br />River City Hall- 13065 Orono Parkway. <br /> <br />The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss capital improvements for <br />1996. <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this <br />notice.
