<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 86- 9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.18 - SCHEDULE <br />OF DIMINENSIONAL REGULATIONS, SUB. 2 ACCESSORY USE SETBACK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.18(2) of the Elk River Code of Ordinances titled, <br />"Accessory Use Setbacks" be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />a. In A-l/Agricultural Conservation Districts and R-lA/Single Family <br />Residential Districts, accessory structures used for agricultural purposes <br />or of metal construction/exteriors shall also be set back a minimum of 300 <br />feet from any neighboring residence or platted area, unless within a platted <br />area a conditional use permit for the accessory structure is granted which <br />specifies different setback distances or conditions, in which case the con- <br />ditional use requirement shall supercede the requirements of this Section. <br />In R-lB/Single Family Residential Districts, accessory structures used for <br />agricultural purposes shall also be set back a minimum of 300 feet from any <br />neighboring residence or platted area unless within a platted area, a con- <br />ditional use permit for the accessory structure is granted which specifies <br />different setback distances or conditional use requirements shall supercede <br />the requirements of this Section. In R-lC/Single Residential Districts the <br />interior side and rear setback requirements may be reduced to five (5) feet <br />for accessory structures. Accessory structure, interior side and rear set- <br />back requirements may be reduced to ten (10) feet in C-l, C-2, C-3, I-I and <br />1-2, and Commercial and Industrial uses within or adjacent to Commercial <br />and Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />Section 2.
