<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 86-4 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 215 OF THE ELK RIVER CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in City Ordinance 83-3 the City Council established a <br />City of Elk River Economic Development Commission by <br />adding a new Section 215 to the Elk River City Code <br />of Ordinances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it desirable to amend Section <br />215.00 - "Composition of Commission" of the Elk <br />River Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Elk River City Council that <br />Section 215.00 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances be <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 215 - Economic Development Commission <br /> <br />Section 215.00 - Compositionof Commission.
