That Section 900.12(9A.) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />titled, "C-3A Highway Commercial District" be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />m. Retail Grocery Stores <br /> <br />n. New Retail Auto Parts Stores <br /> <br />Section 2.
