Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meetings of the Elk River Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority was called to order by Chair Toth, and the meeting of the <br />Economic Development Authority was called to order by Chair Dan Tveite at 5:54 p.m. <br />2. Closed Meeting — MN Statute § 1313.05, Subd, 3(c)(1) <br />The HRA held a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05, Subd. 3(c)(1) (the "Act"). The <br />purpose of the meeting was to develop or consider an offer or counteroffers for the <br />purchase or sale of real or personal property. The properties discussed were: <br />PID #75-757-0105, also known as 17610 Tyler Street NW, Elk River <br />PID #75-820-0105, also known as 10835 170`' Avenue NW, Elk River <br />PID #75-597-0105, also known as 13566 185`' Avenue NW, Elk River <br />PID #75-597-0110, also known as 13530 185`' Avenue NW, Elk River <br />Main and Gates properties, an HRA -owned site <br />
