During the project, a few existing conditions were identified and repaired. This AIA Change Order is <br />to document what was outside of scope for Terra Construction for procedural purposes. <br /> <br />COR #14 will be reimbursed from the Stormwater Management Budget <br /> <br />COR #137 is for the mill and overlay to complete the full area between the Public Safety Building and City Hall <br />(excludes city hall staff parking area).
