This being the time and place set for the hearing on the road
petition signed by Fred A Clark and others for a new road beginning at a point on the south line of
section 12, Township 32, Range 26 aid point being two rods west from the southeast corner of said
section 12 and running thence northerly and northwesterly as described in said petition, and it
appearing to the Board by affidavit of Fred A. Clark that he had served copies of the notice hearing
upon each of the occupants of the land through which the road may pass as least ten days prior to
this meeting and it further appearing to the Board by affidavit of Andrew Davis that he had posted
copies of said notice in three public places in said town at least ten days prior hereto.
