<br />ORDINANCE 84-2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 722.00 - DEFINITIONS, SUB. 2, <br />AND SECTION 722.04 - LICENSE APPLICATION, SUB. 11, SUB. D <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 722.00, titled "Definitions, Sub. 2, of the <br />Elk River City Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />2. "Hawker" and "peddler" shall mean any person with no fixed place of <br />dealing in this City who travels around from place to place, or street to <br />street carrying or transporting goods, wares, and merchandise, offering <br />the same for sale or making sales and delivering articles to purchasers. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Section 722.04, titled "License Application", Sub. 11, <br />Sub. D, of the Elk River City Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />d. A statement as to whether or not the applicant, any officer, director <br />or partner of the applicant, or any agent or employee of the applicant <br />who will be employed by or transacting business on behalf of the applicant <br />in the City of Elk River, has b~en convicted of any crime, misdemeanor, or <br />violation of any municipal ordinance, the nature of the offense and the <br />punishment or penalty assessed therefor. <br /> <br />Section 3.
