The project was <br />noticed for formal bids from July 24, 2021, to August 19, 2021. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The bid opening was August 19, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.; four bids were received. The low <br />responsible bidder was G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. Staff and Elfering & Associates recommend awarding <br />the bid to G.F. Jedlicki, Inc.
