<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 88-19 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - <br />CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT <br />SUBSECTION 2-R-l and R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.16(2) of the City of Elk <br />River Code of Ordinance titled, "R-l and R-2 Residential <br />Districts" be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />a. Home occupations. <br /> <br />b. Churches. <br /> <br />c. Golf courses and country clubs in the R-IA and R-IB <br />Districts. <br /> <br />d. Group homes. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />In platted areas, agricultural <br />structures or buildings. <br /> <br />uses, <br /> <br />accessory <br /> <br />f. Temporary mobile homes consistent with Section 900.20 <br />Subsection R(h). <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Travel trailer parks and campgrounds. <br /> <br />h. Fairground facilities. <br /> <br />i. Daycare facilities within travel trailer parks and <br />campgrounds. <br /> <br />j . <br /> <br />General stores within travel <br />campgrounds. <br /> <br />trailer <br /> <br />parks <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />k. Metal skinned buildings in R-2 districts. <br /> <br />1. Daycare centers for thirteen or more children in <br />churches or public buildings. <br /> <br />Section 2.
