<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE - 88 - 4 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.20 - GENERAL REGULATIONS, <br />SUBSECTION 4 - ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.20 (4) of the City of Elk <br />River Code of Ordinance titled, "Accessory Buildings" be amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />c. A detached accessory building not over one (1) story and <br />not exceeding fourteen (14) feet in height may occupy <br />not more than thirty percent (30%) of the area of any <br />side or rear yard, except that a two-stall garage may be <br />used jointly and solely by the families living in two <br />(2) adjacent lots and may be built so as to place one <br />(1) stall on each side of the lot line, provided that <br />the two (2) stalls are separated by a fire wall. Also, <br />in A-I and RI-A zoned districts a detached accessory <br />building may be twenty-one (21) feet in height maximum. <br /> <br />Section 2.
