Step One: Select The Services You Want Step Two: Accept And Sign The Screen Name/Description Amount Seasonal Color Upkeep We propose to provide all inclusive upkeep of the 24 hanging baskets noted on map for the City of Elk River May 1st, 2022- September 30th, 2024. Watering performed on the 24 hanging baskets for the City of Elk River, please see attached map. Watering is based on conditions and may require 2x per day in extreme weather conditions. Will schedule as to not interfere with pedestrian traffic. Thursdays for the Farmer's Market we would not be there in the afternoon, or would do so after traffic slows down. Baskets will be fertilized and pruned/deadheaded weekly using a customized plan based on plants used in basket. All work will be done by trained and licensed professionals, all equipment provided by our company, and water supplied by our company as well. $16673 Per Season, $50019 total for 3 years. 50019.00 Seasonal Color Seasonal Color Basket Install- To achieve the look desired by the city; each basket will contain “spiller and filler” type plants in an amount proportionate to the basket size (8-10 plants may be necessary depending on what is used.).It will be an eye-catching display of flowers that are full/lush, including three to five varieties of plants per basket (Easy wave petunias, vinca, lantana (montevidensis), sweet potato vine, etc.). Plants will be installed in supplied containers and refilled each season with appropriate growing media. $6000.00 Per Season, $18000 total. 18000.00 Term This agreement for lawn services between City of Elk River (hereafter referred to as “Customer”) and Yardworx Outdoor Services (hereafter referred to as “Contractor”) is made and entered into upon the following date: 7/30/2021 The property stated in this agreement is found at the following address: Elk River Downtown Baskets with map provided in the 2021 RFP Scope The Contractor is to provide maintenance or any hereby selected services made applicable and outlined in this estimate for the Customer’s above-mentioned property. Agreement The Customer and Contractor hereby agree to the following terms: 1.The Customer will grant the Contractor access to the property during daytime hours Sunday– Saturday(5:00am – 6:00pm) CST including holidays. 2.The Contractor will provide all labor, material and equipment to perform the services in accordance with the requirements herein specified. 3.Customer will pay Contractor within 15 days of dated invoice for maintenance services performed, or prepay season is possible as well. 4.Customer will pay Contractor for additional maintenance or repair that may become required for the property to sustain an acceptable appearance outside the current scope. The Contractor shall invoice the Customer for the cost of work that is above and beyond what is considered reasonable and customary for normal maintenance of the property. This additional “above and beyond” repair hereafter shall be referred to as “ad hoc work”. 5.Ad hoc work that has a cost that is less than or equal to $25 shall be performed by the Contractor without the Customer’s consent. However, work that is to be estimated greater than $25 the Contractor must receive authorization by the Customer before the additional maintenance is provided.
