<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 90 - 7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.22 - SIGN REGULATIONS <br />SUB d iii - SIGNS PERMITTED IN A HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL C-3 ZONE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.22 (diii) of the City of <br />Elk River Code of Ordinance titled, "Signs Permitted in Highway <br />Commercial C-3 Zone" be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />d(iii) <br /> <br />one Cll freestandinq business sign per <br />premises. not to exceed one Cll square foot in <br />sign area for each linear foot of street frontaqe <br />with the followinq stipulations: <br /> <br />Speed 1 <br />Limit <br /> <br />Maximum 2 <br />Height <br /> <br />Maximum 3 <br />Sq. Footage <br /> <br />Increase for 4 <br />Multiple Tenants <br /> <br />Maximum 5 <br />Sq.
