Recognize the promotion of Detective Don Birdsall to the position of Juvenile Detective Sergeant <br />effective July 20, 2021. <br />2. Mayor Dietz to administer the oath of office to Detective Don Birdsall. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />Detective Birdsall was selected for promotion to Sergeant by Chief Nierenhausen to replace Sergeant <br />Balabon as Juvenile Detective Sergeant following Sgt.
