The swap exchanged a portion <br />of the former Wastewater Treatment Facility Sludge Lands south of the Youth Athletic Complex (YAC) with a <br />portion of the industrial properties purchased by Copart, improving the developability of both parcels. <br />Staff has been working with representatives from Copart and our counsel to draft an agreement that satisfies the <br />needs and concerns of both parties.
