Lot 1-1.64-acres and Lot 2-3.09-acres with 0.47- V Cf33 <br />acres of right-of-way. Lot 1 is subject to a CUP (CU 12-11) to operate as part <br />of the adjacent ministry center. The new facility will occupy Lot 2.
