City of Elk River <br />Ver Planning Commission <br />Resolution 21-03 <br />A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Elk River Finding <br />that the Transfer of Property is Consistent with the <br />Elk River Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The City of Elk River ("City") has agreed to terms with Elk River Municipal <br />Utilities ('ERMU") for the transfer of the parcels identified in Exhibit A ('Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City would transfer the Property for continued use and development as a <br />Government Facility, which is a Conditional Use in the Property's zoning district; and <br />WHEREAS, Minn.
