A PUD agreement shall be approved by the City Council and <br /> signed by both parties prior to the issuance of building permits CR 33 <br /> for any building within the project area. <br /> 2. The site had previously been the yk� <br /> subject of a residential PUD and is already zoned as such. The %9 <br /> application package includes a CUP to modify the existing PUD and <br /> establish the residential use, and a preliminary plat to create one parcel <br /> Figure i <br /> for the proposed apartment building, and 24 townhome lots. <br /> The proposal includes an 88-unit apartment building and 24 townhome units.
