Per the Advisory Board and <br />Commission Policy, applications will be kept on file for one year and if a vacancy occurs during the year, the <br />Council may make an appointment from the applications on file. <br />There were three applications on file from the most recent recruitment in February. Staff contacted each of the <br />applicants to see if they were still interested in being considered in serving on the Planning Commission. Dennis <br />Booth and Craig Keisling expressed an interest in being considered for appointment. Josh Hassing declined.
