The applicant is seeking to amend their CUP', <br />(CU 20-08) to expand their operation of a Montessori School into the �P <br />lower floor of the existing structure. <br />Planning Commission <br />During the public hearing, the applicant and their representative <br />Figure I <br />addressed the concrete pieces in the play area, noting they were left <br />over from previous construction activities and they would like the Planning Commission to consider coniferous <br />trees in lieu of the seven -foot opaque fence. Their representative stated if a privacy fence is required, they would <br />prefer it be either six feet or eight feet in height as these are standard heights. <br />The commission discussed fencing versus coniferous trees and conclude a fence would be the best option for <br />privacy and protection for the neighboring businesses.
