The property is zoned PUD and does not currently allow mini -storage facilities, requiring a PUD <br />amendment. The applicant has provided a thorough narrative describing his project. <br />Staff will review the project during the meeting and solicit feedback from the Council regarding the proposed <br />mini -storage facility. The applicant is seeking initial feedback prior to moving forward with a formal application. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this item during their March 23, 2021, meeting and were interested in the <br />concept, but had concerns with the appearance and location of the facility.
