<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87 ---5..L <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1987 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the Jackson Avenue improvement was <br />held before the Elk River City Council after ten days mailed <br />notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was <br />gi ven; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and <br />those matters presented at the public hearing by those persons <br />desiring to be heard on the matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preparation of plans and specifications by Maier Stewart & <br />Associates, Inc. was authorized by resolution 87-28 passed on <br />June 15, 1987; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of El k <br />River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1.
