<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87-40 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SEWER AVAILABILITY <br />CHARGE (SAC) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City currently has two levels of Sanitary Sewer <br />Availability Charges; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is no economic or technical reason for the two <br />different charges; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the two different SAC unit charges cause undue <br />administrative problems. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The current system of two levels of Sanitary Sewer <br />Availability Charge is eliminated, and replaced <br />with a single level of per unit SAC Charge. <br /> <br />2. For the remainder of the calendar year of 1987, the <br />SAC shall be $1,000 per unit. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 27th day of July, 1987. <br /> <br />(~Jj; !?
