<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87- 28 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resol ution of the Counci 1 adopted January 12, 1987, a <br />report has been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., with <br />reference to the improvement of Jackson Avenue between T.H. 10 and <br />T.H. 169, and this report was received by the Council June 15, <br />1987, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 15 day of June, 1987, <br />fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of <br />Jackson Avenue from T.H. 10 to T.H. 169. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. ~aier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the <br />Engineer for this improvement.
