<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87-12 <br />A RESOLUTION or THE CITY or ELK RIVER <br />A IIS0LUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AID <br />PROJECT 284-125-81 FROM CSAR 1 TO CSAB 1 <br />INTBE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called <br />the .City,. and7 <br /> <br />the .City. has planned the improvement of MSAS 125 <br />(Industrial Boulevard) from CSAB .1 to CSAB '1, and7 <br /> <br />the .City. will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds <br />on the improvement of this Street, and7 <br /> <br />this improvement does not provide adequate width for <br />parking on both sides of the street, and7 <br /> <br />approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal <br />State Aid Street project must, therefore, be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and7 <br /> <br />the extent of these restrictions that would be a <br />necessary prerequisite to the approval of this <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the <br />"City. has been determined. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River, that the .City" shall ban the. <br />parking of motor vehicles on the east, north and west <br />inside sides of MSAS 125 (Industrial Boulevard) at all <br />times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 9th day of February, 1987. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />, ~'JJI// c: /i~~/ <br />Estelle E.
