<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87-5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON TRUNK HIGHWAY 201 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has requested the turnback of Trunk Highway <br />201 from Trunk Highway 10 to Trunk Highway 169 from the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River will be required to prepare a set of <br />construction plans and specifications for the upgrading of the <br />turnbacked street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ELK RIVER, <br />SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Maier Stewart & <br />Associates, City Engineer for study and they be instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to what proposed improvements <br />are feasible and as to whether they should best be made <br />independently or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this <br />12th day of January, 1987. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />Estelle E.
