<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86- 71 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE BID <br />FOR THE FOUNDATION AND SUPPORTING WALLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River has accepted <br />the recommendation from the Elk River Citizen's <br />Building Committee to finance a $25~,~~~ public works <br />garage through a lease purchase plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council that the <br />public works garage would be bid out in sections with <br />one bid referring to the foundation an supporting <br />walls; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />sealed bids were received by the <br />September 4, 1986 and evaluated <br />Superintendent, Phil Hals, to <br />Council dated September 19, 1986; <br /> <br />staff, opened on <br />memo from Street <br />Mayor and City <br /> <br />City <br />in a <br />the <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff recommends awarding the bid for the public <br />works garage foundation and supporting walls to the <br />low responsible bidder, which is J & S Concrete, <br />Princeton, in the amount of $17,3~~. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River that the bid for the public works garage <br />foundation and interior supporting walls be awarded <br />to the low responsible bidder which is J & S Concrete, <br />Princeton, in the amount of $17,3~~. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1986 by the City Council of <br />the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />--""J" <br />//"" j ." ~' i <br />/ "../ "." <, <br />~'--;;hc~_<L.o-" ~/7<,;j-Lf <br />Richard Hinkle, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />M0.f!~ 2? ;a~~Vr <br /> <br />Patrick D.
