<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86- 66 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-63, A RESOLUTION FOR <br />HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER <br />MAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON SIMONET DRIVE, 6TH LANE AND <br />XENIA AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 86-63 called for a public hearing to <br />consider special assessments on Simonet Drive, 6th <br />Lane and Xen'ia Avenue for sanitary sewer and water main <br />Improvements on September 15, 1986 and two weeks <br />published notice of this hearing is required by law; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this requied two week published notice requirement <br />could not be met for the September 15 Public Hearing <br />Date. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River that the public hearing date set for <br />September 15, 1986 in Resolution 86-63 be amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />1. A hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of <br />September 1986 at the Elk River Public Library at <br />7:30 p.m........ <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City <br />on this 8th day of <br /> <br />Council of the City of Elk <br />September , 1986. <br /> <br />~/ , ..~.. /c. <br />/ /.
