<br />RESOLUTION 86- 52 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE CITY <br />~ PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 9. 1986 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. There will be a city primary election for the position of Mayor and <br />Council Member. Ward 1. to be held September 9. 1986; and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 204B.21. the City Council shall <br />appoint election judges for four (4) wards within the City; and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. all election judges appointed by the City Council are qualified to <br />be trained election judges and will be certified by the County <br />Auditor as trained election judges. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River. <br />Minnesota. that the persons appointed as election judges for the <br />City primary election shall be as follows: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Maxine Barthel <br />Astrid McBeath <br />Janet Duitsman <br />Sandra Rotz <br />Marion Gourley <br />Sandy Olson <br />Barb Otto <br />Evelyn Donais <br />Walt Bardell <br />Margaret Davis <br />Bev Barsody <br />Brenda Iliff <br />Minnie Brady <br />Marge Kampa <br />I:..inda Lee <br /> <br />Dorothy Jackson <br />Judy Brenteson <br />Gloria Hinkle <br />Judy Lefbevre <br />Helen Powell <br />Donna Goskey <br />Jeanne Eggert <br />Pat Brenteson <br />Florence Schuldt <br />Lola Driessen <br />Ruth Donais <br />Chris Zerwas <br />Harriet Ziegler <br />Nola Hals <br />Connie Nemeth <br /> <br />Gail Nystrom <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following persons appointed as election <br />Judges shall serve as Chief Judges at the primary City election: <br /> <br />Chris Zerwas (Ward 1) <br />Harriet Siegler (Ward 3) <br /> <br />Minnie Brady (Ward 2) <br />Marge Kampa (Ward 4) <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said election judges shall be paid at the rate of <br />$5.00 per hour and said "Chief Judges" shall be paid at the rate of <br />$5.50 per hour for hours spent in training and hours worked during <br />the election. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 4th day of August. 1986. by the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River. <br /> <br />'/ <br />,<::::--/ / ". .-.;/. . <br />-,,?2/c.4L~ .
