<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86-44 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR DEERFIELD <br />THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in Resolution 86-20 the City of Elk River authorized <br />preparation of a feasibility study for improvements in <br />Deerfield 3rd Addition; and, <br /> <br />WHBREAS, in Resolution 86-23, the City of Elk River authorized <br />the ordering of preparation of plans and specifications <br />for improvements in the Deerfield 3rd Addition; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in Resolution 86-33, the City of Elk River authorized <br />the advertisement for bids for improvements in the <br />Deerfield 3rd Addition; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in Resolution 86-45 the City of Elk River will be <br />accepting the low bid for improvments in the <br />Deerfield 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such improvements in the Deerfield Third Addition <br />is hereby ordered as proposed in City Council <br />Resolution 86-23 adopted the 7th day of April, 1986 <br />as prepared by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2. Terry Maurer is hereby designated as Engineer for <br />this improvement project. <br /> <br />3. Because the improvement is to provide <br />Infrastructure for Deerfield 3rd Addition.
