STORM <br />SEWER. WATER MAIN. STREET AND CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN <br />DEERFIELD THIRD SUBDIVISION (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1986-2) <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br />IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River. Minnesota. that: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the property <br />contained in the Deerfie1d Third Subdivision, described as: <br /> <br />The East half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27 and the <br />Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 26 and the <br />North 396.00 feet of the West 660.00 feet of the Northeast <br />quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 34 and that part of <br />the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section <br />34 lying East of U.S. Highway No. 169 and lying north of the <br />South 533.32 feet thereof all in Township 33, Range 26, <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />by the <br />street. <br />Avenue, <br />Council <br />required <br /> <br />provision of sanitary sewer, storm sewer water main, <br />including access street to Highway 169 at Jackson <br />and curb and gutter improvements, filed with the City <br />on March 17,1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby. <br /> <br />This declaration is made in conformity with two Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2.
