The agreement outlines the costs and <br />responsibilities to the satisfaction of city staff and the developer. <br /> <br />The Development Agreement follows our standard agreement language, and outlines required security in the form <br />of a Letter of Credit and escrow deposits. The agreement for this project includes additional language regarding <br />the future crossing of the Trott Brook. This language replaces payment of a per lot fee required in the resolution <br />and outlines the requirements for future additions and a possible Chapter 429 petition to fund the infrastructure <br />improvements.
