Lighting shall meet the standards of Section 30-937. <br />2. Satisfaction of all comments in the Comment Letter dated January 8, 2021. <br />3. Variance (V 21-01) must be approved and recorded prior to the CUP being recorded. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Case No. CU 21-01 <br />The property is zoned R1-c where Commercial Recreation Facilities <br />require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). <br />The applicant is seeking a CUP to replace the Elk River High School <br />stadium, adding a synthetic turf field, new track, new visitor and home <br />bleachers, a new ticketing and concessions building, new storage and <br />team room buildings, realignment of existing fields north of the <br />stadium, and resurfacing a portion of the west elevation of the existing <br />Elk River High School building at the decommissioned dock.
