A total of six bids were received and publicly
opened on February 18, 2021.

The total amount is higher than the bid last month since it was found that some fabricated steel details were not
originally identified. This would have ended up being a more expensive change order during the project. The
difference will not increase the total project budget.

Financial Impact
Budgeted

Mission/Policy/Goal
 Responsibly Grow

Attachments
 Bid Category #5A Steel Supply – Rebid Recommendation
 Bid Tabulation

The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional

service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity.
Updated: August 2020
