Lighting shall meet the standards of Section 30-937. <br /> 2. Satisfaction of all comments in the Comment Letter dated January 8, 2021. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The property is zoned Rl-c where Commercial Recreation Facilities <br /> require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
