Council amended city ordinance so that if an establishment is required to cease operations for more <br />than two months, the amount due for future installments shall be reduced by the number of additional months <br />operations ceased. <br /> <br />The fourth and final liquor installment is due mid-February for the months of April, May, and June. <br /> <br />Licensees recently reopened at 50% capacity after being closed for indoor dining for an additional two months <br />over the holidays. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Revenue loss from the previous fee reductions decreased licensing revenue by $62,417.60. The additional three <br />months would be a loss of $18,725.28. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />One of the Council’s value statements is to nurture resourcefulness to leverage strengths and drive community <br />prosperity.
