After City of Elk River IT completes their network and server <br />upgrades, the IT/OT Technician and National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) <br />will work on upgrades to our NISC servers. <br /> <br />• The United States Army Corps of Engineers approved the modifications for the finalized <br />wetland impacts. Staff will work with the City on the wetland credit transfer. <br /> <br />• The transformer for the power plant enters the final stages of manufacturing during the <br />week of February 8, with testing to follow. The factory expects to ship the unit this <br />month and will provide a firm date after tanking the unit. <br /> <br />• Progress continues with the Field Services Facility Expansion project, staff is working <br />with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. and RJM Construction to finalize construction and <br />bidding documents. <br />135
