The bonds we <br />have are a water bond that will mature in 2022; one refunding of electric bonds that will <br />mature in 2022; the bonds from 2016 and 2018 for our Minnesota Municipal Power <br />Agency buy-in maturing in 2036 and 2048, respectively; and a share in the bond with the <br />City for our office buildings that will mature in 2023. <br /> <br />• We received notice from the Minnesota Department of Revenue that ERMU has been <br />selected for audit of the Minnesota Solid Waste Management Tax. Requested <br />information will be compiled and sent to them by February 12. <br /> <br />• The accounting department has been busy preparing for the 2020 annual audit. Our <br />auditors from Abdo, Eick, & Meyers will be completing the audit field work March 4-5. It <br />is still uncertain if any work will be completed on-site due to COVID-19. <br /> <br />• We have received quite a few of our annual U.S. Energy Information Administration <br />surveys which will be completed in the months ahead. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />118
