<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY ON <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN WESTWOOD <br />SUBDIVISION, ISLAND VIEW 3RD ADDITION AND <br />LUNDGREN HOMES 1ST ADDITION <br />(PROJECT 85-4) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve sanitary sewer and water <br />serivce to the properties in Westwood Subdivision, <br />Island View 3rd Addition, and Lundgren Homes 1st <br />Addition and assess the benefitted property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be <br />referred to Mr. Terry Maurer, the City's Consulting <br />Engineer, for study, and the Eng ineer is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Counci 1 in a prel iminary way whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be <br />best made as proposed or in connection wi th some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this twenty <br />third day of September, 1985. <br /> <br />eL<' AlA <br /> <br />Richard H~e, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />T~~liZ~trator <br />
